How This Site Works

If you need a septic service done and want help finding someone local, here is exactly what happens when you use the request form. There is no cost to you. The provider pays us when they take the job.

You tell us what you need

The form on request a local provider asks for your ZIP or county, what kind of work you need (pumping, inspection, repair, a new system), and an optional phone number. That is all we collect.

We pass it to a local provider

We route your request to a septic service provider that works in your area. We are a publisher, not a dispatcher, we do not employ the crew, own the truck, or guarantee a response time.

What it costs you

Nothing. Using the request form is free. When a provider takes on the job you found through us, they pay us a fee, not you. This only applies to routine maintenance requests, we never accept payment for real estate transaction inspection referrals, see about for why that boundary matters.

What we do not do

We do not pump tanks, inspect systems, or file paperwork with your county ourselves. For the rules and process themselves, see Wisconsin septic maintenance rules and POWTS explained.

If you are a provider, not a homeowner

See for septic providers for how to get listed as a recipient of these requests.
